Even though her weight had shifted, she still had a strained relationship with food. Once she identified the root cause of her eating and how it was protecting her, that’s when things really transformed. Laura’s journey led her to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach to support individuals to get to the bottom of why they know what to do but can’t consistently stick with it to transform their relationship with food
